Our condo is located in beautiful Seagrove Beach. Halfway between Destin and PCB.

It takes the kids about 90 seconds to reach the water from our building.

Three bedroom, two bath corner unit in Beachside Villas. It overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and has views of Eastern Lake.

We are on the third floor (top) so there is no one above us. Glass doors in the living room and master bedroom allow for views of the Gulf. There is a king bed, queen bed and the middle bedroom has 2 twin beds.

* Parking for 2 cars.

Beachside Villas are located at 11 Beachside Dr. Seagrove Beach, FL 32459
Halfway between Destin and Panama City Beach.

CATHY'S CONDO RULES:

1. No smoking, not even on the balcony. Please go down to the common area.

2. Sorry, no pets. We love pets, just not in our condo.

3. If you eat, drink, or use the last of something (that belongs to us)...please replace it. (The maid will leave you at least one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen.)

4. You are welcome to use our beach chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie board, floats, etc. Please rinse them thoroughly with the hose and allow to dry completely before returning them to condo. There are also Legos, dolls, etc. in the middle bedroom closet and dresser.

5. Do not hang anything on the balcony rails. This is a homeowners association rule.

6. Fill out and place a parking pass in your vehicle.

7. NEW HOA RULE: Items on breezeway is limited to FOUR chairs and ONE umbrella only.

***** CHECK OUT CHECKLIST *****

1. BEDS - Untuck or take off the sheets only. (leave comforter/bedspreads on the bed) Please leave all dirty sheets on bed (or in floor or in laundry basket) and dirty towels in the floor or in laundry basket if wet.

2. FOOD - Do not leave any perishable items in the unit.

(Want to leave us some ketchup, mustard, other "non perishable" food? That's great. Please use a sharpie and mark the item with the date it was opened.)

3. TRASH - Take out all garbage. You do not have to replace bags. The dumpster is located at the end of bldg. 2.

4. DISHWASHER - Load and start dishwasher. You do not have to stay and unload dishes.

5. AC - Set thermostat to 76 degrees (summer) and 55 (winter).

6. LOCK THE DOOR - To Lock from the outside: Pull door towards you. Press the Schlage button. Rotate the thumb turn away from the hinges.

Bikes:

Bring your bike (or rent one here). The quaint little town of Seaside is just a few miles west on the bike path. Seaside offers lots of events, shopping, and dining. They have a summer concert series every year at the amphitheater and wine tastings a few times a year.

Beach chair/umbrella rental:

As of right now, I don't think any public service sets up in front of our complex.

Redfish Rentals at Walton Dunes may be an option but probably just in front of Deer Lake (not at our Eastern Lake)

In the past Spyglass would not set up for anyone saying they stay at Beachside Villas. They probably will set up for you if you just say you are staying at a house on Beachside Drive or Lakeview Dr. Northwest Florida Spyglass Beach Chairs (850) 830-9409 used to service our beach.

I do not know of another beach chair rental company at this time. Please let me know if you find one!

Buy your groceries here. It is by far the closest big grocery store. You will pass it on your way in.

Local parks, hikes, bike rides:

In Cassine Gardens
Cypress tree trail/boardwalk. Park on 30-A or in Cassine Gardens neighborhood (townhomes). Enter the trail head at marked area. Best in the fall, but interesting all year.
